We have an allocated parking space, and there is also additional parking available in the centre of the cul-de-sac.
On entering the property, you will see it is well configured, with a convenient downstairs cloakroom. A comfortable lounge, where you can enjoy time spent with friends and family. You may just want to watch the Smart TV which also has Netflix and Amazon, (you will need to use your own login) or just chill and chat. There is the dining room which leads into the kitchen which is fully equipped for you, including a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. There is also the fridge freezer and microwave along with all the other expected items.
From the dining room and kitchen, there are doors leading out into the rear garden. Which may be small but I’m perfectly formed for sitting out on those summer evenings.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms all with comfortable beds, one of them has a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third one is a single bed.
Let’s not forget the bathroom with a shower over the tub, where you might choose to relax whilst reading a book or listening to some tunes.
Beddow Close is perfect for couples, families, friends or contract workers, you are all welcome.
I do, however, welcome children so if you need a cot or highchair I can do this for you at £10 per item.
