Located in a quiet street on the southwest side of Shrewsbury town centre, within a short walking distance to the hospital and within a 2-minute drive from the A5 Shrewsbury bypass, giving easy access to the rest of the county and perfectly located for access to Shrewsbury town.
It’s ideal for families, friends or work colleagues seeking a spacious home in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The space
This spacious property includes a lounge area that can sleep 5, with SMART TV. (Please be aware that our TV is internet only and not live TV)
From the lounge is a dining area to sit 6 and then into the fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine.
There is also a convenient downstairs toilet located off the hall.
Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has king king-size bed, along with an ensuite shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the third is a smaller room with a single bed.
There is also a family bathroom, with a shower over the bath.
For guests needing to work or study, there is a dedicated office space. Outside, the property offers parking for two cars on the drive.
This home is designed for functionality, whether you’re here for business or leisure.

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
