Enjoy your stay at this brand new modern 2 bedroom home, located within an easy walk of the market town of Ludlow with its lively community feel, busy with events and festivals throughout the year.
Whether you’re visiting the beautiful town of Ludlow, or the South Shropshire Hill or looking for a home from home while away on business, our home is perfect for all.
We also have Ludlow racecourse on our doorstep.
We have parking for two cars, along with EV charger.
This new house is located on the new development Quarry place, which is a 10-minute walk from Ludlow town centre.
On the ground floor, you walk into a main living area, which leads to an open-plan kitchen dining area, with patio doors out onto the garden. The garden has yet to be finished.
Stairs from the lounge lead to two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second with a double. Both rooms have storage.
In the bathroom, we have a bathtub, with a shower over the bath.
Trains
Ludlow Train Station is a 15 minute walk.
